Delete your data
None of our apps has an account, so there is nothing to sign out of or close. Here is how to remove what each app keeps.
Data on your phone
Uninstall the app. That removes everything it stored privately on your phone: settings, history, bills, drafts and its message index. With Bulk SMS Sender, your text messages themselves stay in Android's message store, as they do with any SMS app. Delete them from inside the app first if you want them gone.
Purchase records on our servers (Bulk SMS Sender)
If you bought a plan, theme or upgrade, we keep a record of what you own, linked to an anonymous ID, so your purchase works. To have it deleted:
- Find the order number in your Google Play receipt email or at play.google.com → Order history. It starts with
GPA. - Email medianttechnologies@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data”, the app's name and the order number.
- We delete the matching records within 30 days and confirm by email.
Deleting purchase records doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions. If you reinstall later with the same Google account, the app checks with Google Play and unlocks what you own again.
Usage and crash data
Usage statistics and crash reports aren't linked to your name, email or phone number, and Firebase deletes them automatically (crash reports after 90 days, usage data after no more than 14 months). If you'd like them removed sooner, email us and we'll help.
Mail Merger
Your email account, lists, templates and sends are kept only on your phone; delete them in the app or uninstall it. We hold no purchase records for it on our servers: Google Play keeps your subscription under your Google account. Its usage and crash data are handled as above.
Kruti Dev to Unicode Converter
The app has no internet access, so we hold no data about you. Uninstalling it deletes everything.
