Terms of use
These terms apply to our Android apps (Bulk SMS Sender, Mail Merger and Kruti Dev to Unicode Converter) and to this website.
Last updated: 31 October 2026
1. Who we are
The apps and this site are provided by Mediant Technologies, the trading name of Janesh Kumar, New Delhi, India (“we”). By installing or using an app, you agree to these terms and to Google Play's Terms of Service.
2. Sending messages responsibly
Bulk SMS Sender sends SMS through your own SIM and phone number. You are the sender of every message, and you are responsible for its content and recipients. You agree to:
- send messages only to people who have agreed to hear from you, and stop when they ask;
- follow the laws and carrier rules where you and your recipients are, including rules on promotional messages and Do Not Disturb registries (in India, TRAI's commercial communication regulations);
- not use the apps for spam, fraud, phishing, harassment, threats, or for flooding anyone's phone with repeated messages (“SMS bombing”).
Mail Merger sends email from your own email account. The same rules apply: you are the sender, and you agree to email only people who have agreed to hear from you, to honour unsubscribe requests, to follow the laws on commercial email where you and your recipients are (such as CAN-SPAM in the US and GDPR in Europe) and your email provider's terms, and not to use it for spam, phishing or fraud.
We may report misuse to mobile carriers, email providers, Google or the authorities.
3. Costs and limits
The apps don't charge per message. Your mobile carrier's SMS charges and daily sending limits apply to every message the apps send for you. Android may ask you to confirm when an app sends many messages; that is a system safeguard we can't turn off. Mail Merger doesn't charge per email either; your email provider's daily sending limits apply, and the app keeps under them.
4. Free plan
On the free plan of Business Mode, bulk messages end with a short line naming the app. On Mail Merger's Free plan, each email ends with a short line naming the app. Recipient and length limits for each plan are shown in the app.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
- Purchases and subscriptions are sold and billed by Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. You can also email us and we'll help where we can.
- We may change features or prices for future purchases. We won't take away a one-time purchase you already made while the app remains available.
6. The online converter
The Kruti Dev converter on this site is free to use. Check important documents after converting; we can't guarantee that every rare character maps exactly as you expect.
7. No warranty
The apps and site are provided “as is”. We work hard to keep them reliable, but we don't guarantee that every message will be sent or delivered: delivery depends on your phone, SIM, network and carrier, or for email on your email provider and your recipients' spam filters. Keep your own records of important communications.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by carriers, networks, your device or how you use the apps. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction.
