Android only lets the default SMS app fully send, receive and manage text messages. You can switch back to another SMS app at any time in your phone's Settings → Apps → Default apps → SMS app.

Check that your SIM has SMS balance and signal, that the app is still your default SMS app, and on dual-SIM phones that the right SIM is selected. Failed messages are listed under ⋮ → Failed SMSs: swipe one right to retry it, or tap Retry all.

This is a system safeguard for any app that sends lots of SMS in a short time. Choose Allow for the batch. Adding a delay between messages (the timer icon in Business Mode) helps stay within your carrier's limits.

Open Business Mode, tap CSV or Excel, pick your file, then say which column is the name, which is the phone number, and give any other column a field name such as “order”. Use it in your message as {order}.

The app checks your purchases with Google Play each time it starts. Make sure the Play Store is signed in with the Google account you bought with, then close and reopen the app. If it still isn't unlocked, email us your order number (it starts with GPA.).

In the Play Store, tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, pick the plan and tap Cancel. You keep it until the end of the period you paid for.

Monthly and yearly plans from the old app unlock Max until they end, and the old Multiple SIMs and Repeat Scheduler purchases stay unlocked.

Deleted messages go to ⋮ → Bin. Swipe a message right to restore it.

That's normal: Kruti Dev stores Hindi as English letters. It shows as Hindi only in a document set in the Kruti Dev 010 font.
